It is an evergreen tree (this means that in autumn its leaves do not fall like other deciduous trees, but are preserved on the crown, only periodically there is a fall of some leaves and their replacement with others), which originates from the tropics. In its homeland this species reaches 15-20 meters in height, but in interior conditions it reaches the height that the room allows. This makes it very suitable for landscaping your house, villa and even garden (but with harvesting in the winter months).

It forms a rather branched crown with many arcuate branches. The crown of older species can reach quite a large width (up to 2.5-3 meters).
